7 Tricks of the Beauty Trade

What are the beauty tricks of real women to look beautiful? Here are some of the best beauty secrets for gorgeous hair, glowing skin and marvellous makeup.
Dunk nails in ice cold water to dry
If you have no quick-dry products lying around and you don’t want to ruin your nail polish, you can dip your painted nails in a bowl of ice cold water to help them dry faster
Coat cuticles, avoid a mess
Rubbing olive oil around your nail before applying nail polish allows removing excess much easier.
Hide chips with textured polish
The glittery kind of nail polish is meant to look uneven. It is therefore the best fix-it and go-to nail polish for that chipped nail. When a nail chips, rather than removing all the nail polish and starting over, you can just slap on a coat of sparkle over your current colour.
Perk up foundation with face oil
Rather than layering on powder before happy hour, press a few drops of face oil over your cheeks to refresh your foundation and create a super natural glow.
Swirl on blush
For a flawless, airbrushed look, spin your blush brush in small, light circles from your cheekbone to your hairline.
Remove makeup with coconut oil
When taking off your make up, douse a cotton pad with your regular makeup remover, and add a bit of coconut oil and apply to your closed eye. It helps break up the makeup, so it slides off with more ease as well as adding a bit of moisture and nutrients to your skin.
Hands off for frizz-free hair
After towel drying your hair, place a dime-size drop of leave-in conditioner through your hair and then just leave it alone. Most of you with curly hair make the mistake of over-touching it when it's drying. This can disturb the curl pattern and bring on frizz.
