Body odour is the unpleasant smell that occurs from a buildup of sweat and bacteria on the body. Factors that influence a person's body odour include diet, health, if they are taking medication, occupation and their mood. Body odour can be managed with good hygiene practices including regular washing and bathing, applying antiperspirants daily, using herbal or crystal deodorants, dietary changes, wearing natural fabrics and detoxification using herbal remedies.
