The Treatment
An aromatherapy massage incorporates various techniques such as Swedish massage, neuromuscular massage, lymphatic massage, reflexology, acupressure and polarity therapy. The massage itself can have many benefits including:- Reduction in anxiety levels

These benefits are enhanced by the addition of essential oils blended specifically for each client.
If massage is not appropriate to you, treatment may be provided in a wide variety of ways. These methods can be discussed individually and a suitable treatment given.
