Specialist Programme - Look and Feel Ten Years Younger (minimum 10 weekly sessions)
In only a few weeks you can look and feel healthier sexier, and stronger and improve mental quickness, skin tone, and fitness. You will not only look good on the outside, you will be physiologically younger on the inside, too. The programme is natural and safe. It is based on hypnotic suggestion and visualisation and can include a ‘well-woman check’ with a medical Doctor.
Structure of Session: a typical first session will take up to two hours. It includes taking a full case-history, a deeply relaxing hypnosis session, and often teaching self-hypnosis or other technqiues to do at home. Any follow-up sessions will normally take an hour.
