Why is Shabashi so Good for You?
Shibashi is a collection of Qi Gong excercises. The Ancient Chinese believed Qi Gong could improve your health and help you to live a long and active life. Unlike most tai chi forms Shibashi it is quick to learn and easy to remember. It can be done in a small space, and the complete range of excercises will only take 10 to 20 minutes, depending on if you want to do them quickly or slowly .
