I started my complimentary therapy practice as a Reflexologist in 1999 and have since added Polarity Therapy, Aromatherapy and become a Reiki Master. I am also qualfied in Basic Nutrition, which I use to enhance my treatments. Since starting my practice I have treated many people of all ages, for various conditions from babies with colic,to Palliative Care patients and many others.
In today's busy world it is very easy to be caught up in the frantic pace of life and not give yourself time to relax. All of these holistic and complimentary (sometimes referred to as alternative) therapies are a gentle and very relaxing way to restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.
My Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Polarity Therapy and Reiki practice is based in Horsham, West Sussex within easy reach of Crawley, Slinfold, Billingshurst, Roffey, Broadbridge Heath, Barns Green, Southwater, Rudgwick and Warnham.

Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient therapy originally practised by early Indian, Chinese and Egyptian peoples.
In more modern times the practice received scientific support from an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist, Dr. William Fitzgerald, who documented the therapy's analgesic, anaethetising and healing effects.
In recent years the treatment has grown in popularity and is used by many to enhance and improve their quality of life. Reflexology is a gentle and extremely relaxing, truely holistic, non-invasive therapy, which can be used to great benefit for all age groups.
Poliarity Therapy
Polarity Therapy was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone in the United States it is a blend of both Eastern and Western therapies and concepts of health.
He believed that movement of energy throughout the Universe, Earth and all living things should flow when in balance. When the energy pathways in the body become 'blocked' they can manifest as tender areas. Using different levels and qualities of touch the Polarity Therapist will work with the body to enable energy to flow and a balance to be regained.
This gentle and holistic therapy works on many levels, it increases a sense of well being, can be deeply relaxing and can sometimes enable emotional issues to surface and clear.
Reiki
Pronounced Ray-Key and meaning Universal Life Energy. This is the vital energy, which is around and in all living things.
Developed by Dr.Usui in Japan from ancient teachings and many years of study and meditation.
Reiki is a non-invasive holistic treatment being used to treat the whole person. The recipient lies or sits, whichever is most comfortable and the practitioner places their hands over the body in a sequence of positions.
