This preliminary session provides a convenient setting for you to get to know your Personal Trainer and for me to learn about your personal health and fitness history. The consultation also presents an opportunity for you and me to work together to define your personal health and fitness objectives.
Based in and around Ormskirk/Southport in a private studio and also in a large gym in Liverpool. Many of my clients enjoy the opportunity to have 1:1 training in the privacy and comfort of their own home.
