Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is very relaxing and beneficial. This is carried out with the client seated in a chair, fully clothed.

Reiki
Reiki is a hands on technique used to channel energy to help people to help themselves. I carry reiki out with the client laid on a couch, fully clothed, or seated in a chair if preferred. Reiki can help with illness, may they be physical, mental, or emotional.
Reiki can be used to help reduce pain, including easing aching muscles, joints, also helping with headaches, PMT, Stress, Toothache, stiff jaw & more.
Everything has an aura. From all creatures including humans, to the planet itself. The aura is living & moving. It has 7 layers and 7 colours. These relate to the Chakras. Having ones Chakras' balanced can be incorporated into my reiki treatments. I can also balance ones Chakras alone or incorporate it into an Indian Head Massage treatment.

I give a 10% discount to all new clients on their first treatment, and also if they book 3 treatments in a block.
Each session lasts between 45 minutes and one hour, including a full consultation.
Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is a simple tapping technique, which is easy to do, but has profound benefits. It is done with the client fully clothed and seated in a chair.
