To worry, accordingy to the Oxford dictionary is to "give way to anxiety" and this definition got my attention as it implies that we are partly in control of whether we worry or not. Of course these are worrying times for our economy and we can't belittle the immense strain this will put many people under.
Life coaching can help you to take that control by prompting you to find positive solutions to your problems, rather than letting your worry get the better of you. A little anxiety when faced with difficult circumstances is only natural and will help spur you into action, but when worrying becomes uncontrollable we become less effective in dealing with the situation.
