Welcome to Physio Focus WalesPhysio Focus is a rehabilitative core stability exercise centre specialising in chronic back and neck pain. At, Physio Focus we Focus on preventative measures as well as treating your current pain.- Physio Focus is a rehabilitative core stability training centre focusing on chronic back and neck symptoms. We are called Physio Focus because that’s what we do; we Focus on the root of your problem.
- We do not depend heavily on mechanical or electrotherapy equipment, we only use them when necessary. We focus primarily on ‘Hands On’ manual therapy and manipulative techniques in conjunction with strong clinical reasoning.
- We are a specialist physiotherapy centre focusing on the area of musculoskeletal pain and injuries. We work closely with General Practitioners, Neurologists, orthopaedic and sports medicine specialists. We will refer you to them when appropriate.
About Physio Focus Wales
Physio Focus is a physiotherapy and complimentary therapy clinic situated in Llanelli and Swansea. Matthew Lewis and Moira Vas, the co-founders of the practice, worked as physiotherapists in England and in South East Asia until they returned home to set up Physio Focus.
