Welcome to Hands-On Holistics
We offer a mobile Holistic Therapy service in the Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis and Chichester area. We treat people from all walks of life and any age, either in their homes, at the Circle of Health in Rustington or the Maywood Surgery in Bognor Regis.
Our treatments help people with specific ailments and illnesses or help the bodies natural healing processes. We specialise in massage and joint alignment treatments to treat stress, muscular aches and pains and misalignments of joints and bones.
We also have a number of clients who have physical and mental disabilities. Treatments are arranged through their regular carers and take place in their homes under supervision.
The treatments are simple and are tailored to individual needs, usually lasting from fifteen to thirty minutes. Prices are substantially reduced for these treatments.

Swedish Massage - £17.00 per half hour
Back, Shoulder and Neck - £17.00 per half hour
Dorn Therapy - £20.00 per half hour
Aromatherapy - £18.00 per half hour
Indian Head Massage - £17.00 per half hour
Reflexology - £27.00 per hour
Care Home treatments - £5.00 per quarter hour
Please note: The prices above are for Mobile Treatments only. Prices at Chrysalis Complementry Therpay and the Maywood Health Centre are slightly higher to cover additional costs.

I am a qualified therapist specialising in massage and Dorn Method.
I use massage to treat muscular pain, stress or just for enjoyable relaxation.
Dorn Method is a joint alignment therapy and is used to treat complaints such as scoiliosis, sciatica, tennis elbow, inbalances in the pelvis and mild to accute back pain
