Welcome to Unwind Elmank Clinic
I studied Anatomy and Physiology between 1994 and 1999 whilst learning different massage techniques, Reflexology and the uses and properties of essential oils at Aberdeen College. Examinations in these subjects were conducted under the auspices of the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC).
In 1999 I embarked on a post-graduate course in Craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute and Visceral Manipulation with Jean-Pierre Barral.
At your first visit I will discuss the frequency of treatment with you. I will give you an estimate of the number of sessions that will be required. It is important that you complete the course of treatment, but you will be under no obligation to attend more sessions than you want to.
