About Us
My holistic journey began over 20 years ago, firstly in hairdressing and then five years ago in Complementary Therapies, but always with the holistic approach in mind.
After finishing a course in Holistic Therapies, which included Swedish massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology, I went on to complete an Indian head massage course expanding my range of treatments even more. More recently, I have broadened my spectrum of treatments taking an Advanced Indian head massage course, which gave me insight in to the Ayurvedic concept of Doshas. A natural facial course that allows me to combine my knowledge of Aromatherapy oils and natural approach to skin care was the most recent to addition to my spectrum. I am very passionate about my work and aim to give every client 100% with every treatment ensuring they leave not only feeling wonderful but also confident that they will want to return.
With the holistic approach in mind I have now branched out to include a line of body moisturisers. Made with all natural ingredients and pure aromatherapy oils these products are intended to nourish the soul and revitalise the body.
Treatments
Swedish Massage
This firm massage technique is used to release tension and muscular knots in the body, to leave you feeling relaxed and stress free. Good for inflamed and stiff joints and muscles.
Aromatherapy
The use of essential oils personally blended to meet your needs accompany this therapeutic and relaxing massage. This treatment helps to ease stress, menopause, feelings of depression and calms and soothes the mind.
Indian Head Massage
Evolved over 1000's of years Indian Head Massage works on both physical and psychological levels, it can release tension in the back, neck, shoulders, face and head. Helps to ease migraines, sinus problems and eyestrain.
Reflexology
A non-evasive way to treat the whole body, reflexology targets pressure points on the feet and combined with relaxing massage can reduce stress and pain and aid in strengthening the immune system.

Pure Ritual's Products
The pure ritual brands of all-natural body moisturisers are a delicate blend of aromatherapy oils that both revitalise the skin and nourish the soul. My desire was to develop a product that marries my many years of experience in the beauty industry and as a Holistic Therapist with my belief in environmental stewardship. The result was the development of three distinct, all natural, body moisturisers that target different needs and seasonal variations along with a customisable product line.
Vitals - A blend of Lavender, bergamot and geranium. Everyday body moisturiser for all skin types
Rituals - A blend of Neroli, jasmine and sandalwood. A more decadent, exotic moisturiser to be used for special occasions
Elements - Available twice a year. "Winter " to ward off the winter elements and "Summer " for the summer elements
Also available is the Bespoke line. This line offers the customer freedom to create their own scent. They can choose the container and oils to add to the base, making the moisturiser personal and unique.
Every effort was made to create a product that nourishes the body without damaging the environment. The all-natural, non-toxic moisturisers are packaged in bio- degradable sealed pouches that both keep the product fresh and minimise packaging. As a one time purchase, I offer stylish jars designed to be reused by simply refilling them with a new supply of moisturiser pouches or fill one of your own favourite containers.
