Welcome to TC Life Coaching
I have a passion for helping people and enjoy my work. For many years I have been told I am a people's person, a good listener, even out shopping people seems to warm to me and sometimes have even told me problems or just started chatting to me. I don’t ask they approach me. I am very passionate about life and living it to the full, who knows what is ahead? I even travelled through America and Europe for 12 months with my husband because we wanted to. I enjoy empowering people to reach their goals and lead a more fulfilled life.
I have over 20 years experience in coaching, counselling, personal development, mentoring, training, life coaching and also customer service and face to face selling working for one of the high streets leading retailers. During my time in retail I have also looked after a team of over 100 people my biggest buzz was always seeing people achieve their goals and dreams and becoming what they wanted to become, watching them grow in confidence. During my time in retail I also won several awards. I also have an Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching.
Let me inspire you, motivate you, challenge you to realise your dreams and clarify your goals, let’s change your goals into reality and help you handle situations in a wiser way so they no longer hold you back. I use several different techniques including NLP and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy adapting to each session and client so it is personal to you and tailor made for your needs and outcome. I am not here to judge but to help you onto the next level of your personal journey with the outcome being on you and a better life.
I have life experience and also personally experienced a lot of what life can throw at you including bereavement, redundancy, and weight loss. I have just turned 40 and loving life.
As your life coach I will guide you and help you achieve goals and help you gain in confidence along the way also giving you the tools for you to move forward to a better life.
