Welcome to Tai Chi For All
Tai Chi is moving meditation or ‘shadow boxing’ – the Chinese path to mental, physical and spiritual fitness. It is based on an ancient martial art and has been practised for centuries, originally for an elite few and later, during the twentieth century, adopted as a training discipline for the whole Chinese nation.
Yang Style tai chi is a graceful, extended style with slow, smooth and powerful movements and is now established as the most popular style practised in the West. Studied regularly it can increase fitness by building strength, suppleness and stamina, aid concentration and increase a sense of wellbeing.
An introductory break with Tai Chi for All will provide an opportunity to relax thoroughly, replenish your energy and re-focus your mind.
