About Us
I am a full time homeopath with an established practise in Colchester, Essex having qualified at the prestigious Allen College, Chelmsford in July 2003. Healthy living and helping people to enjoy the best health for them is my passion and in addition to offering homeopathic treatment I run courses in all aspects of health management including homeopathic first aid, holistic skin care and how to get the most from a nutritious and well-balanced diet – no fads, no extremes, just good and honest advice. I also run a healthTALKS group to help people remain motivated and up to date with topical health issues.
As a homeopath I see and treat both adults and children with various skin problems including eczema, psoriasis and contact dermatitis to name but a few. In order to fully support them in the management of their complaint I offer my own specially formulated range of organic skin care under the Natural Skin Remedies label.
Natural Skin Remedies products contain only fully traceable, totally natural ingredients – fair trade where possible or locally sourced. Packaging is minimal, recyclable and produced in the UK or Europe. The range includes facial moisturisers, body butters, floral waters, bath bombs and scrubs as well as therapeutic balms.
