I have set it up primarily to make booking an appointment for a massage easier for you. It is a pretty straight forward process. Fill in the required details, select the type of massage you want and select the times you want to book and submit it. You will then get a notification that the appointment has been made and you will also get a cancellation code to use if you want to cancel a booking. Don't worry, this is emailed to you as well, so you don't really need to make a note of it.
If you do need to cancel an appointment, copy this cancellation number into the box at the end of the booking form. You don't need to enter all your details as that number is unique to your appointment and the system will figure out all the details.
