SERVICES
Welcome to Haracombe LtdThe practice of Sati is simple and profound - to be at ease and fully mindful of this present moment throughout your everyday life. It emphasises the relationship between mind, breath and body as they reflect each other perfectly.
Mind becomes calm and clear when the body is restful, balanced and still and it is for that reason Sati practice begins with relaxing the body. Mindfulness starts with the observing and cultivating breathing, the most dynamic and immediate aspect of our physical and mental being.
Skilful breathing clears mind, enabling us to enter wave after wave of change, freed from habitual patterns of constraint.
In the experience and acceptance of constant change we see that there is nothing that we need to get rid of, nor anywhere we have to get to, in order to be well and happy. Truly living in the here and now, is an elusive but achievable goal and is available whenever you wish to pursue it. It starts by letting go.
