About MeI completed high school with the ambition to pursue a career in banking. Nine years later, having acquired a certificate in banking, loads of customer service experience and training I realised that I was bored to death and that this was not what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. For the next eight years after that I stimulated my need for excitement and job satisfaction with a role as cabin crew with an international airline. It was during that time that I was introduced to and became intrigued by the benefits of Holistic Therapy.
In 2002 I attended a seminar on the uses and benefits of Aromatherapy. This appealed to my pursuit of healthy living and led me to embark on a course in Swedish Massage. After qualifying, I developed a practice on a part time basis, providing regular treatment for up to 30 clients. In 2006-2008 I acquired additional training which included Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head and Sports Massage.
I find this area of work extremely rewarding as it allows me the opportunity to assist my clients to overcome the burden of stress, (which is responsible for numerous unexplained ailments) as well as a wide range of ailments. In addition healing and recovery time after injured through sports or general muscle fatigue is greatly reduced with my input . One could say that I have truly found my calling and whilst I now work in the social care industry my potential to offer Holistic Therapy of the highest standard in already evident from the feedback I have received over the past seven years.
