Welcome to Health Kinesiology & Colour Mirrors with Helen Matkin... to Health Kinesiology (HK) and Colour Mirrors with Helen Matkin, KFRP. Helen combines two separate holistic, complementary therapies to provide a powerful and unique therapy tailored to what you need that is as individual as you are.
Practicing HK since June 2006, and Colour Mirrors since May 2010, Helen has built up a large clientele based mainly in and around Witney, Oxfordshire; with many clients travelling from other counties (and indeed other countries) in order to experience her therapy sessions.
Helen combines her knowledge and training in Health Kinesiology and Colour Mirrors, as well as Nutrition, Intrusive Energies, Geopathic Stress, Crystals & Dowsing to provide a unique and powerful therapy that works with the body's Bio-Energy - the Aura, Chakra's and Meridians.

Colour MirrorsColour Mirrors - is a dynamic colour system based on the psychology of colour to help transform areas of your life. Using purified oils and water, bottles and sprays are made up with additional ingredients such as flower and crystal essences as well as chanelled Reiki energy. Combined, these give a meaning and purpose far beyond the colour alone to effect huge bio-energy changes.
About HelenWith over 20 years in the public and private sector as a Finance Manager/Management Accountant, Helen seemed the most unlikely person to become involved with and qualify as a therapist. At first a client herself due to severe back problems, then curious to know more about the amazing therapy that had helped her so much, she trained to become a practitioner. It took just 10 minutes of the first training course for Helen to realise that at last, she knew what she really wanted to do with her life – Health Kinesiology, and Helen has been passionate about it ever since.
Today, Helen has her own business as a Health Kinesiologist & Colour Mirrors practitioner, the days of management accounts and working for other people long gone.
