STRESS MANAGEMENT
using the Stress Eraser (T.M.) Bio-Feedback device.
Scientific studies have shown that more than 70% of all visits to medical doctors stem from stress-related complaints and illnesses. Stress is known to cause heart conditions, eczema, insomnia, headaches, muscular/joint pain, anxiety, panic attacks, memory loss, lack of concentration, depression, post-traumatic stress syndrome, aggression,….and a host of others!
‘User-friendly’ and so simple – the Stress Eraser is a small electronic bio-feedback device not much larger than a modern mobile telephone. The device does not administer any therapy itself but rather offers visual feedback to the user on how effectively they are entering their ‘Relaxation Response’ zone. The user merely holds the Stress Eraser in their hand with the index finger placed on a small sensor. This measures the body’s response to external mental stimulation, compares it to heart rate variation and breathing, then graphically presents the result in the form of a ‘wave’ on the unit’s screen. By concentrating on breathing cycles and the feedback on the screen, the user is able to trigger the body’s natural relaxation response. With minimal experience it takes less than a minute to enter this relaxation zone.

HYPNOTHERAPY -
Hypnotherapy can be successfully used to overcome a number of different complaints including phobias, stress, stuttering, smoking cessation, over eating/weight loss, compulsive behaviour, self-esteem boosting, study and concentration, exam or writers block and an endless list of other conditions.
Extremely effective in pain blocking, hypnotherapy is used in some instances for medical and dental anaesthesia. Many mothers have found benefit from using hypnosis techniques in conjunction with natural birth methods such as the ‘Lamaze.’
PAST LIFE REGRESSION -
Studies have shown that under hypnosis most people are able to recall events that appear to have occurred in another lifetime. Whether you believe this to be true or merely the result of an imaginative mind does not really matter. The fact remains that many people have been able to positively address symptoms which are adversely affecting their life by regressing into their ‘past’ lives.
Some people request Past Life Regression to solve emotional problems and others wish to satisfy their intrigue with the possibility. Either way these sessions are absolutely safe and normally very thought provoking and interesting.
HYPNOTHERAPY SESSIONS -
Normally a first appointment involves a detailed input from you. This takes the form of a discussion. Often this open chat alone achieves a wonderful self-
awareness. Time is taken to explain exactly how simple Hypnosis is and to assure you that control of your thoughts is always retained by you. Allow two hours for the first appointment.
Following appointments are dynamic and evolve to your requirements. They are usually one and a half hours long.

CHIROLOGY -
Chirology (or sometimes Cheirology) is a little known science.
Through the ages, mans study of his surroundings have developed into many branches of science. Alchemy became Chemistry; Astrology became Astronomy and so on. Early studies combined a scientific observation and record of the subject fused with intuition and cultural beliefs.
In the same fashion, Palmistry has evolved into a science called Chirology. The name is derived from the Greek word ‘Chei’ meaning ‘hand.’
Modern Chirology studies the features, shape and markings of the hand which allows the practitioner to form an accurate analysis of the person’s character and psychological make-up as well as identifying strong and weak points, talents and physical strengths.
It is important to know that at no time does Chirology presume to predict the future or become involved with intuitive matters.

For an individual, Chirology analysis can help you gain an improved understanding of yourself, your strong points, your talents and your weaknesses. By understanding these, you will be better equipped to make decisions and plan your life according to your inner strengths. Work with your positives and learn how best to deal with your negatives.

Chirology Analysis:
To complete an analysis requires an initial appointment of one hour. This will involve a record of basic personal data, photographs and prints taken of your hands and a discussion of your requirements.
Once the analysis is complete another appointment of also one hour will be required to provide you with detailed feedback of the results and present you with a copy of the report.
The charge for the analysis is £90.00.
