Seated Acupressure Massage
This massage technique uses pressure applied to the meridians on the arms, hands, back, neck and legs, which helps stimulate and balance the flow of energy in the body. In turn, this stimulates the circulatory, muscular, nervous, immune and lymphatic systems and promotes the release of endorphins. It can benefit many conditions such as backache, repetitive strain injury, asthma, migraine, fatigue, anxiety, stress, digestive problems and boosts lymphatic drainage and the immune system. The treatment lasts 30 minutes, is conducted fully-clothed and the client is left feeling relaxed, but energised and invigorated.
