About us
Gabriele Tottenham, the inspiration behind the creation of Blaney Spa and Yoga Centre started practising yoga and massage in 1993. Her farm has been hosting visitors to its lakeland cottages for many years. It was a natural progression for Gabriele to bring together her experience of being a welcoming host alongside her expertise as a natural practitioner.
Gabriele practises Ki Massage, Indian Head Massage and Traditional Thai Massage. She is a qualified Yoga Teacher, trained under Marie Quail (YTTC). She really is a true Gaia, caring for the environment, its people and its creatures. Blaney Spa and Yoga Centre and Innish Beg cottages have a clear environmental and ethical policy. They are also certified members of The Greenbox, and as such, are a genuine eco-tourism destination.
