SERVICES With proven techniques and guaranteed, exceptional results, 'The Peak Physique Programme' is a 12-week, 3-phase body conditioning plan which is tailored to the individual.
The initial stage of the programme is designed to improve posture, correct muscle imbalances and restore optimum function of the body. This unlocks your potential to achieve the best results from your training in the next two phases. Phase Two focuses on muscular endurance and functional, whole-body training, whilst the final phase is tailored towards muscle toning, building size or improving strength depending on the client's goals. The result is sustainable improvements in shape and tone, whilst enhancing the overall health of the body.
The programme incorporates techniques and exercises from a range of fields, such as functional training, yoga, traditional resistance training and Thai boxing, to create a unique programme unlike any other. The programme involves three workout sessions per week, with a minimum of one supervised by Paul to ensure the exercises are being performed correctly and effectively, and to make sure appropriate progressions are made regularly.
