About Benedetta Gaetani d’Aragona

She's a full member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation, with whom she has completed advanced training. Italian-born, she now lives and works in Scotland, offering a wide range of massage techniques which have been shown to improve health and enhance the quality of life, both mentally & physically.
In the last ten years she has participated in many advanced workshops with renowned international bodywork masters such as Art Riggs (USA) who specialises in myofascial release; Ben Benjamin (USA) specialising in treatment of injuries; Tom Myers (USA) famous for his own rolfing system called kinesis; Mario-Paul Cassar (Malta) on clinical massage with visceral techniques; James Waslaski (USA) on orthopoedic massage and pain management; James Earl (Ireland) on body fascia mapping through Tom Myers’ ‘Anatomy Trains’; Ruth Duncan (Scotland) on integrated myofascial therapy; Carole Osborne-Sheets (USA) on pre, peri and postnatal massage.
She has also completed other training in Hyperton-X (a muscle energy technique); introductory Thai massage, Trigger Point Release, Slavic massage and Craniosacral levels 1 and 2.
