Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy looks at the way your thinking affects your behaviour An example of this is if you think negative thoughts you make yourself unhappy. This is an extreme simplification, however if you were to feel good about yourself, you would be a lot happier.
Carolyn can help you attack your negative beliefs and thoughts, and help you feel better about yourself. This type of hypnotherapy can be used for all types of problems, from smoking cessation, to depression and self esteem issues.

Carolyn is a certified HypnoBirthing practitioner and runs classes for expectant couples . The classes run over 4 weeks and last 3 hours each. During these class the expectant couples learn how to use self hypnosis to achieve a calm controlled and largely pain free birth. Mums report feeling euphoric after experiencing such a wonderfully calm birth.
Classes are held in Crowthorne in Berkshire which is a small village near Wokingham, Bracknell, Camberley and Yateley. Private one to one sessions can also be arranged to take place in the comfort of your own home.
