Welcome to Fit 4 Life Personal Training

Hi, my name is sally-ann smith, i am 29 years old and am a mother of two. Three years ago i wasn't fit in the slightest and didn't really eat a healthy diet, though after the birth of my second child, i made a decision not to hang on to my post-baby weight.

So, i began exercising and eating healthily and commited myself to achieveing the results i longed for. Because i was so determined i soon noticed a big difference. I changed my lifestyle, i had already quit smoking the previous year, so with my new healthy eating plan and regular exercise i felt fantastic, fit and healthy!

Alot of people find it hard to get motivated, and aren't sure how or where to begin, so i then decided that i wanted to help motivate and educate others to also get great results. I trained to become a personal trainer and am now rewarded by clients successfully achieving their goals with my help.

I love my job and thrive from seeing my clients change before my eyes!!
