Loosen Up to prepare for your sport and Loosen Up after your sport, Loosen Up from tension, posture, or work related problems. By applying varous soft tissue techniques a treatment will be tailored to your own individual requirements.
Your treatment starts with a detailed analysis of your Case History, an examination of soft tissue condition, muscles and connective tissue for joint range of movement, muscular tension and function, and will then proceed, with the appropriate treatment which we will discuss together.
