As a personal fitness trainer based in Leigh on Sea, Essex, I provide one-to-one personal training to people in the immediate South East Essex area.
The fitness training can take place in the client's own home, workplace or at my own fitness studio. Training may also take place outdoors when power walking, jogging, running or even rollerblading is required as part of an individual's training programme .
