Morven has devised this body - centred therapy to help you forge strong interactive links with the energy and wisdom in your body.
Therapy and counseling are increasingly popular, yet messages from the body can easily get ignored. This does not make those messages go away - but often makes them become distorted, confusing and difficult to hear.
Through her years as a massage therapist first, and then as a body worker trained in the USA, Morven has always seen the body as a miracle of creation. She has continued to develop her abilities of touch, and has a keen somatic sense that is very much in tune with the language of the body.
Human beings need to have an authentic somatic experience so that they can presence themselves in their lives through their body in a genuine and joyful way. Healing happens faster using body orientated therapy structures and techniques that Morven has sought out and tested as being particularly effective in her 17 years of involvement with personal development throughout the world.
