Anita gained her diploma in Massage Therapy at the Tower Hamlets School of Tharapies (Dip ITEC).
She has trained with Patricia Pullen, Reiki Master and qualified as a Reiki Master with Ali Hunte.
She studied Indian Head Massage (Champissage) with Narendra Mehta at the London College of Indian Champissage (LCIC).
Anita is a graduate of the British School of Shiatsu-Do and registered with the Shiatsu Society.
