Vitality Health Screening
This high tech, integrated lifestyle screening system measures how well your body is performing under its current circumstances, showing where you are doing well and where improvements can be made. The screening takes approximately 60 minutes and over 50 measures are included, these measures allow us to underpin any issues which need addressing in order to move towards better health. Once all the measures have been recorded, the system will automatically produce a report that details the results of each measure together with narrative that explains what it means. The report will produce a list of recommendations for the results that fall outside the optimal spectrum, these are all natural remedies along with nutritional and lifestyle advice.
Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional Therapy aims to treat the CAUSE of illness instead of simply masking and supressing the symptoms. It focuses on prevention rather than cure and aims to establish health and wellness through the use of food as medicine, purposeful supplementation and non-toxic, natural techniques. I will help you to understand what it is that is contributing to your condition and how to take small but achievable steps in order to help you move towards health, wellness and happiness.
Reflexology
Reflexology uses different pressures and techniques on certain parts of the feet which correspond with various organs, muscles and glands in the body.
This aims to switch off the sympathetic nervous system and bring the body out of fight or flight (stress) mode. It switches on the parasympathetic nervous system and enable us to enter a rest and digest state. This facilitates the healing process and helps the body to restore balance therefore allowing the body to heal.
Reproductive Reflexology
Reproreflexology uses specific reflexology protocols in order to balance hormones and enhance natural fertility. This can be used in order to help hormonal conditions such as PCOS or Endometriosis, as a stand-alone treatment to enhance natural fertility, or alongside all forms of assisted conception
