Hi welcome to my new site, I am a sports therapist based at Birchfield Harriers in Birmingham. I specialize in Sports Therapy which allows me to treat and prevent chronic injuries, re occurring injury’s and prevention of serious career threatening injuries.
I have competed as an athlete at international level and feel this has put me in a good position to help treat and condition athletes of all levels. Let me help you perform at your best.
