Muscle/Ligament injury - Trapped Nerves - Work or Recreational strains.
However…..osteopathy can also be effective in managing other conditions such as:

Treatment is safe and gentle for all - including babies, young children, the elderly and during pregnancy.
Osteopathy for Sports Injuries
Whether you are a weekend warrior or an elite athlete, our osteopaths can help with prevention of injury as well as treatment of many common sporting or recreational injuries. Ankle and shoulder injuries are very common in amateur and professional sport. These injuries are often neglected or poorly treated which can lead to recurrence and early degenerative conditions.
Massage Therapy
Massage involves a manual application of pressure and movement to soft body tissues, the skin, muscles, tendon, ligaments and fascia (membranes surrounding muscles). Massage increases blood circulation and flow of lymph and helps the body to heal itself by promoting blood flow, stimulating nerves, conditioning the skin and stretching and loosening muscles to keep them supple.
Podiatry
Our podiatrist can help with a whole range of foot problems from common ailments such as corns, calluses, verrucae, cracked heels, athletes foot and diabetic footcare to biomechanical assesments, gait analysis and custom made orthotics.
Homeopathy
As Cedar Hall Clinic grows in popularity we have had several enquiries about Homeopathy. So many people have faith in this safe and gentle but potent therapy and we are now delighted to welcome Homeopath Robyn Graham who will hold a weekly clinic at Cedar Hall.
Homeopathy is a complete system of medicine. It is becoming popular again but it has been in worldwide use for nearly two hundred years. The Royal Family has used it for generations. People suffering from all kinds of illnesses, from depression to arthritis, migraine to ulcers, and now the more 'modern' illnesses including ME can be helped by homeopathy to regain health. Good homeopathy will not just drive away the symptoms but help the patient deal with the cause of the illness and regain good health.
