BodyBalance Therapies was established in 1999 by Helen Spooner in her local GP practice on a part time basis and is now a very busy Complementary Care Practice based in Keynsham, mid way between Bristol and Bath.
Many people accept a poor level of health as normal and put up with symptoms which prevent them from living life to the full. BodyBalance Therapies recognise the need for a combination of conventional and complementary care. Our team of of experienced practitioners seeek to address both physical and emotional needs. We offer a range of therapies to help achieve and maintain optimum health and restore balance when it is lost.
