Welcome to Reflexology for Health & Wellbeing
My Crawley based practice provides professional, personal treatment in a calm comfortable stress free environment that is ideally situated near Three Bridges Station, Three Bridges, Crawley, Sussex Home visits are available in and around Crawley under special circumstances. However the rest of the world can stop for you whilst you are having a treatment in the calm environment of the practice.
No phones, No door bells, No children interrupting.
My interest in reflexology evolved in the 1980’s when my Mother, told me about a therapy she had been introduced to through St Catherines Hospice, where she worked and how many of the patients found reflexology enabled them to relax and improve their sleep, something that many of them found extremely difficult.
My interest evolved into becoming a fully qualified professional Reflexologist In 2004 where I learned of the many benefits reflexology can bring to peoples health and well being. I am constantly reviewing and attending courses that are relevant to continuing my professional development as there are many advanced techniques that can be of benefit in different situations.
It is not necessary for clients to be unwell to visit as this is a wonderful therapy to aid relaxation after a stressful time.
