Hello and Welcome!
For the last five years he has worked alongside the physiotherapist at Tottonians RFC providing sports massage for both mens and ladies teams.
Currently involved in promoting massage at the newly re-opened Fenwick2 hospital, Lyndhurst
Also at ‘Eden’ in New Milton where he offers a variety of treatments including sports massage and “NO HANDS® ‘Back to Basics’ Massage treatment”.
He is married to Leona, a professional sports coach herself. His son plays county rugby and sits his GCSEs this year and his daughter is in her second year at university
training to be a Physical Education teacher.
Sport
The Stimulatory effects of sports massage encourage the healing process of injuries or problems that inhibit performance.
Suitable for anyone who engages in physical activity for the purpose of sport, recreation or fitness, regardless of their level of fitness and training. Enhances performance, aids recovery and prevents injury
Stress
The intensity of daily pressures can result in tight muscles and postural problems. Persistant stress can also lead to problems in other body systems. Regular massage can play a major role in stress management

Massage relieves stiffness and discomfort. Massage aids flexibility. Massage helps the body to function to it's maximum potential
Age
Massage improves circulation and promotes healing. It helps generate confidence. Massage imparts a sense of well being and helps to relieve feelings of isolation.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
David Cormack, a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists, has spent a lifetime involved in sport at, many different levels, both as a player and coach.
He has played Rugby, Tennis, Squash and Football for both the Army and clubs in the Southampton area. As a keen runner he has competed in The London Marathon and regularly in the Great South Run.
Currently coaching Tottonians RFC under 16's (2 players at county level) Sports Masseur for Tottonians RFC
