Welcome to Glastonbury Natural Health Centre
Qualified practitioner of Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Therapy, Iridology & Kinesiology. Registered with BANT (The British Association for Nutritional Therapy), & the AMH (The Association of Master Herbalists, affiliated with the EHPA).
What can I expect from a consultation?
When you make an appointment the process starts with answering a comprehensive health questionnaire that I then analyse before the consultation, (you can download the questionnaire. See under booking appointments).
The first consultation is one and half hours. My experience as a practitioner over twenty-three years and my training in several different therapies has led me to adopt an integrated or holistic approach during consultations which means that recommendations and treatments can vary enormously depending upon individual requirments. This is updated at each consultation as you progress, and at a pace that suits you. I consider you as a whole rather than just your symptoms and I can in many instances also work alongside conventional medical treatment when this is necessary.
What kind of health problems do you work with?
These are some of the health problems people have consulted me about over the years: Stress, Sleep problems, Headaches, Migraine, Learning and Behavioural problems, Skin conditions, Catarrhal, Sinus and ENT problems, Weight problems, Food Intolerances and Allergies, Digestive problems, Irritable Bowel, ME and CFS, Hormonal Imbalances, Menopause, PMT, Pre Conceptual Issues, Benign Prostate Conditions, Chronic Degenerative diseases, Osteo and Rheumatoid arthritis, Cardiovascular conditions.

Please be aware that under the provision of the 1968 Medicines Act I am unable to make recommendations or give treatment for certain conditions including: Cancer, Glaucoma, Diabetes, AIDS, Kidney Disease, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Epileptic Fits, Locomotor Ataxia and Tuberculosis.
