About Marie-Emma Clough
Marie-Emma has been practicing meditation since 2003. She learnt whilst working in London after searching for a technique that would help her to release accumulated stress and enjoy life more.
How to learn
You need to attend a Introductory talk before beginning the basic course in meditation. The talk provides a clear insight into the benefits of meditation, the subtleties of the practice and its application in daily life, as well as giving you the opportunity to ask any questions.
Why Meditate?
We spend our lives collecting stress which impacts on our ability to cope with day-to-day demands and lead a full life.
Vedic Meditation is a life skill we can learn which eliminates stress, fatigue and tension in the mind and body. It allows the body to experience a deep level of rest which releases stress, recharging our mental and physical resources.
After learning to meditate the body no longer absorbs stress. Everyday practice leads to many benefits such as better health, greater awareness and improved relationships.
