Below is a list of the treatments available, each will be tailored to suit the individual needs of the client.
Swedish - Full Body Massage : £30 (1 hour)
Designed to ease the stresses and strains of every day life, easing tension, soothe aching muscles, improve blood and lymph flow giving a feeling of well being.
Sports Massage : £30 (1 hour)
These treatments are for soreness and injuries and tend to concentrate on deeper muscles of the body.
Shoulder, Neck and Back Massage : £20 (30 minutes) £25 (45 minutes)
With the same benefits of a full body massage but concentrating on the shoulders, neck and back areas.
Indian Head Massage : £25 (45 minutes)
A de-stressing treatment concentrating on the head, shoulders, neck and arms.
On Site Acupressure : £20 (30 minutes)
A seated acupressure treatment given fully clothed based on ancient Japanese Anma massage.
Ideal for corporate clients.
Reflexology : £25 (45 minutes)
Specialised massage techniques are used to heal, strengthen and balance the body through reflex points on the foot for representing a map of the body.
Hot Stones Treatment : £5 supplement
Available with a sports, full body or shoulder, neck and back massage. A soothing experience with warmed basalt stones.
Tsuboki-Japanese Face Massage: £30 (45-60minutes)
Shoulder and face massage, finishing with reference to the meridians that flow through the face.

Twenty four years career in the Health Service operating in Radiography and Ultrasound at local hospitals. Having an ongoing interest in how well being and general fitness impacts on living in this busy world, decided six years ago to retrain and establish a business that provides solutions to individual's needs using an holistic and therapeutic approach within the parameters of massage. This is delivered both within Fitness First, Pontefract, and corporate organisations in the Yorkshire area.
