Sports Massage: Intensive and interactive, combining massage and stretching. Concentrating on specific muscle groups or areas of tension and pain.
Deep Tissue: Corrective treatment focusing on areas of long held tension. Slow deep pressures break down metabolic waste, relax and soothe.
Unwind: Specialtreatment. Full body massage using soothing oils, finishing with scalp and face massage. Every nerve end relaxes.
Reflexology: A treatment to evoke deep relaxation, by applying pressures to points on the feet. Enables the body to balance and heal.
Chair Massage: A great way to combat work place stress. Quick, performed through clothing, minimal disruption to business; helps reduce the number of workdays lost to stress related heafth problems.
Sessions from £40.
Sessions up to an hour except Unwind: 90 mins. and Chair Massage: 15, 20 or 30 mins.
Cancellation with less then 24 hours notice will incur full fee.
