This unique team have a long history together working starting from opposite ends of the healing spectrum, Anne working with the mind and Karen with the body, which ultimately merge forming a fresh approach to healing.
Both therapists have realized the importance of inner tuition and spirituality as part of any healing. This means that they work in tandem, each complimenting the others technique.

In addition to the more usual reasons for this therapy such as fear of flying, weight loss, agro phobia etc. Anne specializes in Obsessive Compulsive behaviours and is the National Council of Hypnotherapists’ resident specialist for the treatment of Tricotillomania (TTM).
Together Anne & Karen have explored the less traditional routes of disease,
the possible links from other lives and their effects this time around. Meditative regression is used in parallel to hypnotic techniques of Past life and Life between Lives regression. Anne also had the good fortune to be taught by Dr Michael Newton hypnotherapist counsellor and author of Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls.
Both under took a 3 year + training with Lee Everett at The Obsidian College
of Integrated & Complimentary Medicine where they discovered that their path’s had crossed in numerous lives. Their personal journey leads them to recognize the implications of recurring life patterns and their effects on the ability to heal.
