Sports or Thai Massage?
Sports & Remedial Massage combines a number of deep tissue techniques and is ideal if you have a specific injury or condition requiring treatment for a particular area of the body. However, it can be an excellent whole body maintenance treatment whatever your level of physical activity. Whole body treatments are normally for 60 minutes.
Thai Yoga Massage is a relaxing, whole body treatment that combines massage, yoga and meditation and is sometimes described as ‘lazy man’s yoga’! It encompasses acupressure and assisted stretching techniques and is designed to restore a general sense of mental and physical well being. Whole body treatments are normally for 90 minutes.
Whichever treatment you choose, Steve will carry out a full assessment at your initial session and will tailor the treatment to your specific needs.
About Steve
STEVE HARDING LSSM/BTEC Dip., MISRM, ACA, BA (Hons)
STEVE’s passion for bodywork began in 2002 when he attended an introductory Sports & Remedial Massage course with the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). The LSSM/BTEC diploma course followed with Steve qualifying with honours in early 2004.
Steve discovered Thai Yoga Massage in 2006 and became a certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist after completing an intensive training course in Thailand.
Steve approaches each of his massage treatments as a unique experience designed to address not only the physical body but also a balancing of the body and mind.
