In addition, we often take on issues of others and try to be "all things to all men". The result is overload and ailments start to kick in indicating that our bodies are not happy.
Conscious Union focuses on you and your life as it is and through the use of spiritual guidance, energy therapies and education aims to bring you back to a natural state of health and wellbeing, enabling you to regain who you really are and form healthy relationships.

I am a relationship educator, qualified Hatha Yoga teacher and natural therapist in the Brighton/Hove and wider Sussex areas, offering spiritual guidance and healing tools as a way to truth and self discovery for individuals and couples.
I have gathered a little bundle of information on my web site, including therapies and teaching that I have learned during my own 10 year personal and spiritual journey and as a result am now happier and healthier than I have ever been.
