Welcome to Life Art
Life Arts specialising in holistic courses and workshops in Life Arts such as Indian head massage and Reflexology. Life Arts, headed by Chris Cozens, was established in 1998 offering complementary therapies specialising in Indian head massage.
Today we offer a wide variety of training, including Association of Natural Medicine (ANM) accredited courses. Since launch more than 1,500 students have qualified in course with tutor Chris Cozens.
A Venue can be arranged at or near your home, please enquire about the possiblity. Currently regular courses are available in Norwich (Norfolk) and Woodbridge (Suffolk). Courses available are:

Intoduction day - Reflexology

We have just held in its 9th year the Woodbridge Mind body Spirit Festival on Saturday and Sunday 4-5th April 2009 at Woodbridge Community Hall, Station Road, Woodbridge IP12 4AU. Over 916 visitors attended over two days, making this the largest attendance since it began in 2000.The energy was fantastic with exhibitors from the locality nationally saying it was their favourite event to attend in the whole of UK!
About Chris Cozens
Unusually, Chris Cozens has a background in the RAF, where he served for 22 years before deciding on a radical career change in 1996. This came about after Chris went through a difficult emotional period in his life, when he turned to a reflexologist for help. He then saw a crystal healer and Shaman. He began attending workshops himself and hasn’t looked back since. Chris has widened his knowledge by attending countless workshops and training, from cranio-sacral therapy to shamanism.
As a mark of his reputation, BBC Radio has interviewed him six times in the past year. Chris’s work has recently taken him from Trinidad to Spain, to training within mental health organisations such as MIND, teaching blind and deaf individuals and a world-wide hair salon chain. Chris is a complementary teacher and therapist with a difference.
In 1998 he established Life Arts, offering complementary therapies and specialising in Indian head massage. Today Life Arts offers a wide variety of training including The Association of Natural Medicine (ANM) accredited courses and Chris organises his own mind-body-spirit exhibitions. Since 1999, more than 1,500 students have chosen his courses.
Chris is always willing to give talks and give demonstrations to clubs, groups and other organisations.
