Japanese Reiki
Japanese Reiki is a system of spiritual practice working with energy and is more accurately called Usui Reiki Ryoho.
Both the energy and the system are often simply called "Reiki".
The energy that we work with in the Japanese Reiki system is translated into English as Spiritual Energy. Reiki can be said to be the energy that makes up the whole of existence. It therefore flows through every living thing.
Working in a conscious way with Reiki is a practice that can bring us many benefits.

Practising Japanese Reiki makes us more connected to life, ourselves, everything.
Japanese Reiki is what I teach:- Is more accurately called Usui Reiki Ryoho
- Is an integrated path that leads towards self realisation
- Teaches that the healing of self and others is an essential effect of our own personal practice
- Has 5 elements that combine to make it Reiki -
- Healing practises to use on ourselves and others
- Meditations and techniques which help us become adept at working with Reiki, experience energy within ourselves and develop spiritually
- Attunements or "Reiju" blessings from a teacher which help us to connect with what we already have
- Precepts which help us to understand the Reiki path and actively travel along it
- Four symbols and mantras which are used as tools to help our development
Western Style Reiki:- Is primarily about hands-on healing
- Has many interesting techniques and add-ons depending on the beliefs of the teacher
- Relies on the teacher giving the student attunements to allow them to practise Reiki
- Teaches the Reiki symbols as sacred parts of Reiki

The things that you will discover are your's already, not mine to control and then give to you.
