Full Body Massage (1 Hour Approx)
This whole body massage includes lymphatic drainage which aids in reducing the areas of muscle tension by increasing the circulation. In turn it will release knots that have accumulated in tense muscles.
Back Massage (30 Mins Approx)
A massage for the whole back releasing those built up tensions within the muscles giving extra attention to the neck, scapula and lumber regions.
Executive Massage (30 Mins Approx)
This massage focuses on the back, neck, arms & hands and aims to reduce stress, repetitive strain injury, headaches and anxiety. The Executive is perfect for those working in an office or sitting in one position for long periods.
Leg and Foot Massage (25 Mins Approx)
A relaxing massage for aching legs and feet which can help to promote circulation in the lower extremities.
