What does Hypnotherapy feel like & how does it work?
Everyone’s experience will be different. However a feeling of half asleep, half awake seems to be close to the answer. you will always be conscious & in control at all times.
Hypnotherapy works through awareness & taking on board positive suggestions at a Sub-Conscious level. Clinical Hypnotherapy is therapy through the use of Hypnosis. Each session 1hr approx.

This is a treatment which requires two sessions roughly a week apart, The first session is preparing you to stop and the second session is the cessation part and becoming a Non-Smoker. The total cost for both sessions and the CD is just £50. Your ex smoking habit will probably more than cover the cost. My success rate is extremely high. Each session 1hr approx.

Reflexology is an excellent treatment for lot's of conditions especially the above. This is not a pampering session as Clinical Reflexology is working the pressure points which correspond to areas of the body fairly vigorously. However the treatment overall is very relaxing and therapeutic. A lotion of cream blended with Pure Essential will be used for your benefit & pleasure.
