Osteopathy

Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial Osteopathy is a gentle and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that uses manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses through out the body including the head. It is extremely effective in treating a wide range of conditions from birth to old age.
This cranial approach involves extremely gentle, but specifically applied adjustments to the movement of the body tissues. It is also used when osteopathic treatment techniques are not appropriate, here the term "craniosacral " has the same meaning. The treatment is applied to the cranium through to the sacrum, using this gentle form of cranial osteopathy. It is essentially a very safe method of diagnosis and treatment for all.
