About Massage
A therapeutic massage is a relaxation of all the muscles in the body. A full body massage includes neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, arms, hands, legs and feet and will take approximately 1hr. If for any reason you have an area which you would prefer not to be massaged then it can be excluded and extra time spent on other areas, ie tickly feet.
If you would prefer to have specific areas (ie. neck, shoulders and back) massaged then a half hour session can be booked and these areas alone can be treated.
A remedial massage can be booked if there is a specific ailment which requires attention ie. an achey back/shoulders from sitting at a desk. Massage can benefit many conditions including tension, rheumatoid arthritis, tennis/golfers elbow, obesity, tendonitis, postural issues, sluggish circulatory systems.

1 hour massage - £35
